I heard him get up from the throne. ' ' Tell me, why half of Latissa has been destroyed. ' ' The slow footsteps got closer to me. I messed up, horribly.

' ' Look at me, Hunter! ' ' His tone of voice got louder, more aggressive. My stomach started to churne a bit. Immediately, I looked up at them. I got greeted with that disgusting old-man. Emperor Belos.

A vertical line of dark green slime started leaking from his scar. Those sharp blue eyes haunted me every time I looked at them. I gulped the lump in my throat.

' ' I am so- ' ' He began to mutter to Hunter before he stopped mid-sentence. The middle-aged man crouched, his crossed arms holding his belly. He suddenly turned into a dark goo.

Loud coughs, and grunts filled the room. My eyes widened. No, no, no. I stood up, and shrunk into a corner. I watched as Belos turned to me.

He lifted up his arm and suddenly a spike came right towards me. I tried to shield my face but It was too late. The sudden pain in my right cheek was unbearable.
