Kismet (Book One - Completed)

In a desolated small town, a pair of orphaned siblings named Lanet and Kayla stumbled
across a mysterious orb by destiny. Spurred by their friends, Skyler and Miguel, and motivated
by the perilous happenings in the world of Elyura, the two of them set out in search of the
eight relics just like the orb that Lanet had found.

During the Scarlet Night, the war that devastated Elyura 40 years ago, major powers of
Elyura and humanity vied for Phoenix Blood, destroying the balance of the world. 20 years
later, Elyura was still recovering from the Scarlet Night incident when D.Jaint appeared out
of nowhere with his army and ravaged the broken world.

Along the way, Lanet and Kayla face perils and obstacles which compel them to move
forward. They also meet a mysterious girl with uncanny abilities. Together, the three of them
venture on until a mysterious man kidnaps Kayla and tells them to go to the village of
Merdice. Although he claims to be on their side, he also tells them that he is working for D.
Jaint. Lanet and his new friend decide to go to Merdice at his behest. But will they save Kayla
