'Is this Uncle Aaron talking or Unit Cheif Hotcher talking?' I ask, raising my skeptical eyebrows at him but he maintains his dead panned face.
'Both. I'm serious. Promise me, you won't go any further than co-workers with Reid. You may have a temporary contract but I do not want an unprofessional relationship getting you fired.'

you and Spencer have never really been close when you started working at the BAU and you wanted to respect that if he never wanted to get as close to you as he was to the others.
