Izuku Midoriya's life was destroyed at 4 years old, when he was diagnosed as quirkless. Everyone turned against him.
After enduring years of abuse, the adorable, innocent Izuku dies, and is reborn as Phoenix.
Rising from the ashes of his horrible life, Phoenix seeks revenge against those who wronged him, against the whole world and its flawed system.
Everyone is put on trial for their sins.
And it's a trial by fire.

Quirks, the evolutionary advancement of human evolution. The next step in human history to become better than what they were before but that was just hopeful wishing. Since the dawn of quirks, humans started losing their humanity. They valued quirks as if they are what determines where people stand in society and if you don't have a quirk you'd live a life full of torment, torture and just plain cruelty. A boy was born in a corrupted world and he was unfortunate enough to be born quirkless. He has seen the horrors of how humans treat the less fortunate, those who are quirkless, who have weak quirks, mutation quirks and quirks that are considered villainous. He wanted to change the outlook of how society became, so he planned on becoming something that could change the world. Everyone said he was untamable and not human like! His mother couldn't handle the pressure of a son that had such a unique quirk and gave him up. No one managed to cope with the wild little cinnamon roll and so he ended up in a mental hospital locked away or so they thought. Little did they all know that Izuku was sneaking out nearly every night and doing the job of a dark hero. One that worked in the shadow of the night and never been seen before. However, one day Aizawa and Nezu payed a visit to the exact same mental hospital because they got some lead about a group of villains that were after UA. Thanks to a tragic and very bloody night, he was left with nothing then his own memories of a happy past and his quirk to protect himself. Years pass, and the little green bean learned to trust no one but himself. If one was to ask him what was his quirk, he would say he was quirkless. One day he was fortunately enough to meet the number 1 hero and could finally ask him the question of his life. What will however happen if the symbol of peace gives him an answer he has never though he would hear? More importantly, what will he do once he finds out he still has family out there? when izuku midoriya developed his quirk and he was viewed as a demon. his life only got worse from there as his father left the family because of him, his best friend turned on him and beat him even worse than what he was doing when he was misdiagnosed as quirkless, his mother started beating him and the teachers in his school even tormented him as well, even when he tried to tell the police the didn't believe him and threatened him with violence. done with society and his mistreatment he ran away and he would return and show them all what a true demon king is and show them the power of his kingdom I do not own my hero academia the rights go to the original owner Kōhei Horikoshi

Izuku Midoriya was one of the students that were participate into civil war game that Nezu came up with. However Izuku was chosen to be the villain. Needless to say that he was devoted to be the best villain they ever have seen after what they did to him. They thought he was the UA traitor and put him through a lot only because of his love for quirks and his hobby to analyze and write them down. As if that was not enough his mother hated him because of his status of quirklessness. Now in the middle of the game, Izuku made a terrible choice that may cost his live. However what he found himself into was not the infirmary of UA or heaven, no he found himself in the body of his past self in a different world where everything was still open for him. He quickly find out that this was not his past since he now had a loving mother and memories of his past 14 years in a 13 year old body.
