Astra, a magical girl living in a poverty stricken land who has the ability to harness the stars. Izzy, princess of her thriving kingdom and betrothed to the Sun Prince Tio.

	All their lives they have been in a extravagant dance without knowing it-Astra taking a step forward as Izzy takes two back. As the dance continues, so do their ever-changing lives, bringing them closer together than they ever knew, doing their waltz in earnest after Izzy's betrothed finds Astra and accuses her of being a witch and a murderer. 
	As the people of Izzy's kingdom accuse the girl of  heinous crimes, Izzy knows she must step forward for the first time while Astra falls back. But there is one thing they both know for certain: the two of them will soon be dancing a very deadly tango.
