"We have to go, Izu. Now."
A hand sticks out from the ground, reaching, reaching-
A purple fog appears.
"-ave to go, Izu."
A suited man approaches, hand outstretched.
"Let me help you, child."
His hands slide away from his mom, and takes the man's hand.
"There's no time!"

"Kid?"
The child doesn't move, doesn't even make a sound. Aizawa immediately assumes the worst.
It's likely the kid could be dead.
Aizawa cautiously moves towards the white-blue haired boy. He crouches down and pulls his boney wrist up, taking his pulse. There's a steady beat. He sighs in relief and realizes there is something crusting off of the child's hand and wrist. Blood.
Aizawa inspects the kid's arm, then shoulder, but there is no visible wound. The only indication that the child is injured is a swollen, dark purple bruise around his eye with hints of sprinkled yellow patches.
He makes a quick call for the ambulance, then gives him one last shake, seeing if he'll wake up.
He doesn't stir.
Aizawa scoops the kid up bridal style and sets off to hand him over to the paramedics.
He won't fail another innocent child.

This is an alternate reality where young Tenko Shimura (Shigaraki) was helped by our favorite yellow caterpillar (Aizawa), and given a chance to be a hero. Meanwhile, in Musutafu, Japan, Izuku Midoriya has been given a helping hand by the wrong  person. What happens when Izuku and Tenko have their roles reversed?

By a miracle, he managed to come across two people who became his closest friends and a man who gave him both his sight and hearing in the form of quirks. Then, he met All Might and was mentored by him. When he told the hero about the kind man, he froze. He was being monitored by All for One. And mentored by All Might. Izuku yagi was diagnosed quirkless and so he was neglected by his parents and bullied by his sister and her friends (Bakugo twins , todoroki twins , ochako and iida ) and after izuku was told to kill himself he knew they were beyond forgiveness and then asks all might if he could be a hero without a quirk and all might said no and then see all might turn into his dad and give his sister his quirk and izuku went back home and grabbed all his stuff and leaves but see a hospital on fire and so izuku saves the people in the hospital but gets trapped and accepted death but suddenly izuku meets all might worse enemy all for one

And as Izuku held the boy, he watched as the 5-year-old Tenko started to decay right in front of him, unaware of the fact that his body was screaming at him to drop him and continue the fight. Across the battlefield Izuku could see that Tomura himself was decaying as well, and as he pulled the boy to his chest, Izuku cried for the failure to protect him. And once the boy had fully decayed, Izuku's own hands began to decay as well, considering he was holding the boy... Izuku could accept the fate of not letting him go. After around 5 when he started loosing the emotions people would feel everyday he found that the only time he actually felt emotion was when he was in fights with his peers. When he found out he was quirkless, everything turned black and white for him. On the way back from the doctors office the Midoriya family got into a car reck. Both parents died and before the ambulances or paramedics came, Izuku ran. From that moment forward he trained himself physically and emotionally, he could take a bullet wound like a hit, he barely felt anything. By the time he was 14 he was the world's most well known vigilante but no one knew what he looked like, he was that good. "I know ok?!" - Izuku screams, he never screams. Shōto flinches and fights the instinct to cover his ears as he stays put with his back against the bedroom door. Fuyumi frowns with the headphones in her hands, ready to place them over his ears, but for once Shōto wants to know. "He's not special! He's just-" - the sentence stops, Inko warns him to stop as it often happens and somehow Shōto wishes Izuku wouldn't stop. He needs to hear it, he needs someone to say that word. "I'm your son, you birthed me, and still I'm never a priority..." - Izuku says and his voice breaks. It's quieter this time. Shōto opens the door and takes a tentative step outside, not really knowing why: maybe to confront Inko, or maybe to comfort Izuku. The entrance door slams and he's faced with only Inko. She looks at him with so much guilt she might as well just have killed a man. "I'm sorry..." - she says and Shōto doesn't understand what she's actually sorry about. ~ To sum it up: Tōya decided to run away from his abusive household with his sibling. Endeavour face a trial for child abuse that lead to his immediate hero career decline and incarceration. While Tōya manages to run away with Natsuo, Fuyumi and Shōto end up in a foster home.
