Being a leader is more then just representing the group during speeches and taking the lead. It's much more then people think it is. "From the other side" is a story in the perspective of a group leader. He watches and witnessed he's members short comings and up bringing. Observing them and noticing there every habit such as there difference on and off stage. Of course through this he comes to understand them and knows when to step in to comfort or help them with there troubles. Even if he seems like he's in perfect control of everything, he does run through he's own problems. Will anyone be there for him when that arises.

Genre: Drama | Slice of Life | Music Industry | Found Family Setting: Present-day Seoul, backstage of K-pop's intense and competitive world POV: Second person (You, the manager) ⸻ As the newly appointed manager of Stray Kids, you're stepping into a world that's already in motion - high-stakes performances, international schedules, obsessive fans, and the pressure of staying at the top. You're young for the role, a bit unconventional, and not exactly what the company expected. But you're what Stray Kids needs: someone who sees them not just as idols, but as people. From calming Hyunjin during an anxiety spike before a performance in Paris, to dragging Chan out of the studio at 4 a.m. for the first real meal he's had in days, your job becomes more personal than professional. You handle crises, celebrate wins, and slowly become the glue that helps keep the team together offstage - even as things begin to crack under the surface. But there's tension too. Not everyone trusts easily. Lee Know keeps you at arm's length, Seungmin watches everything like he's waiting for you to mess up, and Bang Chan... well, Chan might be leaning on you too much - or maybe you're leaning on him. Either way, it's starting to blur lines. As comeback season ramps up and an unexpected scandal threatens to derail everything, you're forced to make hard choices - not just about your job, but about where your loyalty lies: with the company, or with the boys who have come to feel like family. And when one of them breaks under the pressure, it's up to you to remind them - and maybe yourself - why they started this journey in the first place. Key Themes: • The mental and emotional toll of idol life • Found family and deep friendships • Balancing boundaries in emotionally intense environments • Loyalty vs career ambition • Quiet moments of comfort, laughter, and chaos
