   An institution made to help children with special abilities after a nuclear bomb was accidentally released, endangering the lives of so many people.

   Rose is being admitted into the institution to become to best of herself after being hit by the nuclear bomb.
But as she goes there, she meets a lot of people with a lot of abilities, discovers a lot about herself and her abilities.

But with all these, she uncovers a secret that will endanger those in the institution. She also uncovers another huge secret with the help of some friends about her abilities which will lead to a more dangerous situation if she isn't in control of herself.
