On a planet FAR from Earth, not even close to the Milky Way! There's a planet with no sun, full of monsters, humans, human-like creatures, and more. They all live in eternal night without any knowledge of the existence of a sun.
This story takes place in this strange and terrifying world. It's called, "Dreamless" by the inhabitants. 
A place full of fear, anger, sadness, and gore. This world is almost unsupervised! There are select groups in certain areas of the planet, the "Locks". These city like Locks have their own rules, law enforcement, and judgement. It is a cruel place with few good people.
But there are other places other than Locks. "Hiddens". These places have no rules whatsoever!
Our story takes place in the Lock, Carnage. The capital, as you could say. A heavily populated Lock full of all sorts of creatures, personalities, and gangs. This is not the place for the weakhearted.

Both Dark humor and light humor is a common occurrence in this book
