Purple coat, white hair and soulless red eyes: the signature look of the infamous "Phantom Reaper" who is feared and hated as one of SAO's deadliest players. 

Nyx is one of the 10 000 players that found themselves trapped in the fascinating but deadly world of Sword Art Online. He battled to survive day after day, but as he settled into that VR world he found himself in a situation that would paint him red for years to come.

With a reputation that haunts him and a past he can't escape, needing to constantly look over his shoulder to survive became a part of everyday life for him. Few would learn the truth about the person behind the rumors, but those that did taught him there was more to life for him to than plain survival.

He'll have to learn to live with the weight of the choices he's made, while trying to adjust to life outside of that infamous virtual world.

This is an insert into the world of Sword Art Online, with a new OC protagonist that follows events of Sword Art Online. The main essence of SAO will remain the same, but with new events and a different take on certain character dynamics. This is SAO from a different perspective and a new character to stand along side the Hero of Aincrad.

This is a fan work based on the anime and light novel series "Sword Art Online" which is owned by Reki Kawahara, abec, and,  A-1 Pictures. All images seen in this book aren't owned by me (Unless otherwise stated), but may have been adapted / changed to better suit the narrative.

Since the "Sword Art Online Progressive" movie is dropping this year, I thought it was perfect timing to write my own version of this arc with my own twist on it. The story focuses on Kirito waking up after beating the death game of "Sword Art Online" and learning that Asuna isn't awake, yet. Not being able to handle the guilt, he loses all of the swagger and confidence that he once had in the original game. Kirito learns that Asuna is in a different VR world and with the help of his friends and sister, he must save Asuna from a threat unlike anything that he faced in the original "Sword Art Online." DKK this is an Sao parody this is basically not going to follow much other than just main character kirito Asuna and my character ARC it's going to be crazy and he is going to be very powerful automatically he's able to make a glitch that allows him to keep his XP level and weapon from the beta test the reason will be explained later how he's able to even do this let's just say it's magic you could say he glitches the game in other words reasons you'll see soon enough anyway he's powerful enough to literally solo most of the bosses until around about floor 14 I would say I don't have a damn clue what happens in most of the floors so I'm basically going to be pulling some of the stuff out of my ass hope you guys don't mind and hope you enjoy this there'll be two books I'm doing it one time betrayed and this one betrayed will be explained here in a while but Sword Art Online ARC will be a made-up character I created I also use this name in a game called Sao integral Factor again I play on my phone so if anyone from the game that reads the book recognizes me say hi I'll be sure to let you know if it's me or not and they'll be a character I am doing a reference to a buddy of mine I will not tell the name until later so I hope you enjoy the story and I hope you don't hate me for not remembering most of the stuff if you enjoy the story please give me a follow and a vote for the book it will honestly probably catch like wildfire since the protagonist is interesting I don't want to make him too much like Abridged kirito however he will be a jokester so yeah that's about it I hope you enjoy and well let's get started
