Y/n is not normal (like in any normal fanfic) in fact she is a Human-like Glitch that came from the world we know was Teyvat or Genshin Impact and brought to the human world not too long ago (before Miko and Five were at the Tournament). When she first opened her eyes to see she is not in a familiar place, she gets scared and confused to where she is and how she got there in the first place, the Glitch Techs don't recognize her as a glitch as their gauntlets doesn't detect their code. Will she fit in with the humans? Will she make friends or will she get caught?
