Due to the move, Charlie meets a group of people she wouldn't usually associate herself with. A group of reckless youths that do nothing but find themselves in trouble with their parents, their school and the police. But something about that entices her. Something about him draws her in.  Will she stick to what she knows and keep herself to herself? Or will she break bad and follow him into the world of sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll?
