Earth is different from how you and I see it now. Now it is a world full of races intermixed with the birds that fly overhead. The world has been at war for some time. While the Sovap warriors fight against the Neveroth, the only place that is somewhat safe from it is little Livia. Atia and her brother, Lucius, live there, both adopted by their Bidae parents. While Atia is content with her peasant life, she knows that it is not what is destined for Lucius. For Atia is Bidae, but Lucius is a Neveroth: strong people of Corvus. With her parents too weak to travel to such a dangerous country, Atia takes it on her own shoulders. She must find the true home of her brother.
Even if it means she winds up finding her true self along the way.

3 parts Complete
Welcome to the world 'worlds' exist in: The Eternal Realms. A quarter century stalemate. A rogue dictator posing as a savior. 'Enemies' in need of saving. This is Forsythia. The children born into this conflict have studied, trained, grown and are finally ready to End It. The Legend of Forsythia is a magical adventure melding skill and strategy as two foreordained groups rise up to finish what their parents started and end a contrived civil war before the finale can start. The roots of this conflict however, stretch before the planet's existence, into the Eternal Realms, and this is only the beginning. Covering the present and the past, showing the children and the parents, Foretold is the story of people and families; misunderstanding and being misunderstood, acting to the best of your abilities and falling short. And standing back up again. Lovable and snarky, it's a tale of people losing their bitterness and remembering how to be kind, to forgive and to love. These are the first three sample chapters for free, to learn more about the rest of Foretold, please check out my site (LoTERonline.com). The sample chapters are also available there with proper formatting with different fonts and page-breaks; I also have an audio pronunciation guide on my site as well as some special extras. As long as people believed that there was a division between the Gifted and the non-Gifted, that one was superior to the other, I wasn't done. As long as there were kings on thrones to reinforce the idea that people like Porter and Briar and everyone else I cared about were unworthy of this world, I wasn't done. "And then," I continued, a resolution forming in my mind. "I'm going to destroy those six thrones." ********************************************** Wren Heatherfield has been through hell and back, surviving the deadly trials of the Garner and claiming the title of Garner Champion. However, her fight is far from over, with the real challenges only just beginning. Adjusting to her new life in the Ember Court with her insufferable enemy-turned-friend Kesserian Cinis, Wren is forced to face the truth of how close the six courts of Naturian are to a civil war, with Nox and Wren leading the opposing sides. But the fight for allies she can trust might turn out to be just as hard as her internal fight: coming to terms with her true identity. With the loyalties and beliefs of her past and present self at war with each other, Wren must decide who she is and what she stands for if she has any hope of surviving this upcoming war. Plagued by nightmares and trauma from her time in the Garner, Wren must find a way to keep moving forward. With the weight of a crumbling nation on her shoulders, Wren has one chance to fix the injustices that plague Naturian and achieve her dreams of toppling tyranny, but the alluring power of the throne might prove too intoxicating for even her to resist.
