Amira Singh is a typical London girl: she loves shopping, dancing, talking, making fun of people and so on...but her family has remained as the typical Indian family. They haven't changed a bit in the 20 years they've lived in England. Whenever Amira goes out to shop or meet with friends, her dad will check that she's wearing appropriate clothes, has her phone and comes back to home before 7:00 pm. Whenever Amira goes to wash her hair, her mum puts a bucketful of oil in her hair. Amira whines all the time, but her mum says that it 'nourishes' your hair. So Amira has no arguement for that, she keeps quiet and sulks in silence. But one day, her parents bring up the agenda of arranged marriage with one of her dad's best friend's son. He is very successful as the CEO of Canary Carf ,a business district and is very wealthy too. Amira has always been brought up in a 'well to do' childhood as well. Most of the things she's wanted, she has always got. This guy could keep her happy, but she isn't looking for materialistic happiness. She actually wants to fall in love with someone, marry him and make memorable moments and memories with him. Does she end up marrying him? (Ofcourse she does we all know that...) But will she be happy?
