In this tomb of fiction, the darker corners of the human phyce are explored. The tales may be tall and unyieldingly dark, but the horrors that are dreamt of are only too real. When you hear the voice of the Wyndigo screaming into the night, remember that even if you don't believe the myths, the tribes of humans who went mad with starvation were all too real. 

As long as the mind exists, there will be ways for it to break, but some logic only makes sense to the broken mind. So, I would like to be the first to welcome you to the broken recesses of my own mind. May you walk away with the lightest of scathing.

A working man begins to have dreams of an apocalyptic future. At first he thinks it's stress that makes him dream strange things, but as the dreams start to become more realistic his way of he begins to change. "I hope these dreams don't come true," he said. I ran, and I ran, and I ran, trying to get as far away from the mansion as possible. I was too weak to shift, but my determination kept me running. The place could fit a small family and had a large garden, it was isolated and quiet, a perfect place to get away with murder and that's exactly what happened. The Avery family was killed. A mother and her son. They were both too young to die, the mother only being 34 and the son only being 16. No one understood why anyone would want to kill the little family, who's been through hell and back after the father walked out on them. He took all the money forcing them to move into the tiny home. Even then, they were still positive about things until... The terrifying day took place. No one has ever moved into the house since then, considering all the rumors going around about the son haunting the cottage. His first sighting being a few months after the murder and since then there's been many reports of his shadowy figure in the windows. Teenagers often explored the place but as soon as they were out of the house, they never went back inside. - Zach Herron, aged 17, now ready to move into a house of his own. After being under his parents watchful eye for years, he's ready to finally walk on his own two feet. He could've moved out at 16, legal age in England, but decided against it but now he was prepared. The cottage seemed like a fitting place for him to stay, he's seen the reviews about it being 'haunted' but paid no mind to it. [This story was written and finished a long time ago, meaning it's completely awful and I highly regret writing it now. I won't stop you from reading if you so desperately want to for whatever reason but please be mentally prepared to cringe multiple times.]

(I'm just going to warn you now that if you're planning on reading this story despite the description then be prepared for a lot of mistakes and cheesy crap. I started writing this when I had just turned 12 and the quality of it makes a pile of dog crap look like pure gold. Seriously.
