As our laughter starts to slow down . We sit in this calm but awkward silence. We both look at each other , gazing into one another's eyes .

I clear my throat . Glancing at my hands that are now getting sweaty .

"Well I guess I'll get going." I say and begin to stand glancing at him for a second. A look of disappointment crosses his face . But it's gone in the next second . I shoot him a small smile and begin to step away .

"Adara" he calls softly , grabbing my hand .

"What if , what if you didn't go? " . He says licking his lips . His eyes never leave mine , as he waits for a response . He had a blank face making it hard to read him . But it didn't matter I couldn't . He knew that .
