His teacher recommends him the help of Sarah Noor the Vice President of the Mathletes. While Tobias tries to get his grade up, without falling for Sarah in the process, and realizing that the Mathletes may be the friends he didn't know he needed. Suddenly she has to tutor him, as well as make her family and friends proud, and show the school that the Mathletes are important. She can't have any distractions, especially not Tobias's easy going lifestyle that constantly infuriates Sarah or his cheeky grin that melts Sarah's hearts. Sarah has to decide if it's worth risking everything or losing it all.

"The answer is 'A,'" I say, keeping my voice light and kind. Carter snorts from beside me. "No, it's 'C.'" Bingo. I was hoping he'd say that. "The question clearly asks you to round to the nearest tenth. If I'm not mistaken, which I don't believe I am, answer 'C' has two decimal places." I smirk as his mouth twitches into a frown. We're still standing. "Very well, Miss. Jones," Mr. Neilson says, projecting another question. "I can't stand you," Carter mumbles in my ear. I turn my head towards him, pressing my lips against his ear. "Then sit the fuck down, Conners," I whisper. "I'm winning." ... Fairridge Prep is for the best of the best. Sadie Jones, stubborn and clever, is set on being the best. Returning from winter break feeling, more so than ever, that she has stolen her sister's dream, Sadie is determined to spend the rest of Junior year proving that she deserves everything she's worked towards. Carter Conners, notorious flirt (only when it comes to Sadie), will do anything it takes to not spend the rest of his life working at his parents' diner. Whether it's running for the track team or debating, Carter is always competing, and competing to win. Sadie and Carter have been rivals since freshman year, constantly bickering and trying to best each other. But when the rivals are thrown into a week long debate competition that, along with getting the top spot on the Principal's List, will guarantee one of them the title of Valedictorian next year, they find themselves enjoying each other's company more than they would've ever expected. And it leaves them wondering: "Do we really hate each other?"

Fourteen-year-old Edison Green may be a genius, but he doesn't have a clue about what to do on his first day of high school. After being homeschooled until age 9 and then starting college courses, Edison doesn't have any experience with kids his own age. His parents believe he has a rare gift and they don't want him to be distracted by the menial problems of teenagers; instead, they want him to focus on his research project, which could be the next big breakthrough in physics. Edison loves physics more than anything, but loneliness and curiosity about life outside his world cause him to rebel. He goes on strike, refusing to continue his studies until his parents agree to let him go to high school for one year. Edison isn't worried about high school being hard--after all, he's been invited to join Mensa International--an exclusive club for the top 2% of the world's smartest people. But he finds out quickly that it takes more than a high IQ to traverse the social events and activities at Southton High School. During an unfortunate encounter with the school's most popular athlete, Edison meets Christina Blakely, who saves him from getting pummeled on his first day of school. She is the exact opposite of him in every way. Christina is a soccer phenom who doesn't have time to be friends with lowly freshmen. She's got problems of her own, including a low GPA, which could prevent her from getting a college scholarship. Can Christina achieve the impossible-the highest GPA she's ever had--and earn her scholarship? And can Edison prove to his parents and everyone else-including Ashley Murray, the most beautiful girl he's ever seen-that he can do more than solve difficult math problems? Can he really change the world with his research project, win Ashley's heart and survive high school?

Not every blonde is stupid. In the South if you're a beautiful, blonde, blue-eyed girl high expectations are made. Either you're not extremely smart, so you find yourself a suitable husband to take care of you. Or you are smart and you just pretend to be dumb so you find yourself a suitable husband to take care of you. All her life Avery Skinner has been told what to do and how to do it- by everyone. By her mother, the girls she calls friends, the guys in school, teachers, family, even Mark the mailman. Needless to say, she's sick of it. Its time Avery took control of her life or at least get a firm grip on the sucker. She's loved football ever since she was a little girl. Yet she could never play because ladies aren't supposed to do such barbaric things. Especially in the South- unless its a rodeo and you're wearing those ridiculously tight outfits that show you're navel or showing you can hold your liquor. Avery has longed to be on the field, throwing the ball instead of cheering on the team her dad coaches that can't seem to win. Then her best friend Austin forces Avery to and for sometime everyone is fooled. But the truth can only be hidden for so long. The moment the townsfolk of Stonehenge, Alabama learned it was a girl under that helmet, was the moment true colors showed. It hasn't been easy and it won't get any better but Avery is here to play. * Avery is going to face REAL life problems, and not nice people. She's going to deal with sexual harassment, mean words, rude people, pregnancy, injuries, steroids, etc.. In this story I want to exemplify how sexist and cruel humans can be. There will be hard moments, but I want to put it out there because it IS a serious problem. Harsh language and such will be present. You have been warned, don't read it then complain. "This book is the perfect mixture of deep and hilarious. I'm in love with that" - crackhead4ever Teen fiction has given cheerleaders a bad rap. And stereotypical appearances. Courtney knows this. She is a cheerleader. Is she a pretty blonde with blue eyes? Well, yes. Is she popular and perky? ...okay. Yes, again. Is she stuck up and cruel to others for no reason? Ha! There! No to that one. In fact, she's worked for years to portray the perfect image of an upbeat, easy going person. An image that gets harder to hold on to when: The new girl takes an instant dislike to her. Her best friend decides to run against her for Senior Class President. Her football team captain boyfriend breaks up with her. And, oh yeah, she humiliates herself in front of the whole school. Yup, that perfect image is falling apart. "I love how this book is different from other teen fiction books It's like a breath of fresh air from the same old tropes😄 💕" - LaraAmethyst "I loooove this book so much already aghhh" - therealbhavie "I'm hooked- I- I think that's all im gonna say before I run to read the next chapter" - grumpymood "So excited for the next chapter! Characters are complex and unique, the plot continuously thickens, and I'm already waiting to see what happens next. I can't wait!" - Rspicy #1 in TeenLife #2 in TeenLove #5 in TeenFiction
