Gu Wuji is a third-rate actor who has been with ghosts all his life. He travels to instances in order to achieve points to buy skills and advance to levels, he meets a lot of interesting people and ghosts. Most of his human companions underestimate, hate or try to protect him without realizing how terrifyingly strong he is.

Unlike other players in instances, Gu Wuji treats the ghosts and monsters he meets equally regardless of their gender, looks and hobbies the same. Which causes a lot of players and ghosts to be left speechless. A lot of powerful ghosts, but mainly boss characters, would often fall for Gu Wuji, though Gu Wuji, being the straight-steel man that he is, remains oblivious to their affections.

I highly recommend reading this if you're looking for a fun light read novel. The story has multiple ML's, It's pretty funny and I laughed at a lot of the scenes. The novel focuses on supernatural themes, mostly on ghosts.
