what if Harry had Another Uncle no one has ever told him about, Owen Grady. After learning their family tree, Harry finds Lily Potter's dairy in the attic, and soon he's writing to him.
Once he gets permission from Owen to stay with him until he's 17, the house-elf incident happens.
When Owen got a jet to England, he finds his Nephew beaten, locked up in his room, with bars on his window, he takes him, cuts ties from Petunia and takes Harry to the park, where he understands the Raptors, which Hoskins takes an interest to, which to Owen's dismay.
So now he has to protect Harry from Hoskins, whom reminds Harry of Dursley, and from the Indominus rex.
