As he and his friends, Jace Masquer and Xaela Shademere, enjoy their final year at CNAS, a sinister plot starts forming. As the trio learn and unravel this plot, they make many friends along the way. Kai, Jace, and Xaela, along with their friends' help, they try to prevent a catastrophe that would affect the entire continent of Taarixha.
