(Y/N) (L/N), only son of (L/N) family, of famous Huntsmen and Huntresses, and family friend of Rose/Xiao Long/Branwen Family. Until one day, the entire (L/N) family, minus (Y/N), were wiped out by an abnormally large horde of Grimm. Taken in by the Rose/Xiao Long/Branwen Family but keeps the (L/N) name in memory of his fallen family. Years past, as (Y/N), Ruby, and Yang were training until interrupted by an Ursa Major. (Y/N) fought the Ursa Major until both were taken by a bright light and vanished. Since the disappearance, the Rose/Xiao Long/Branwen family have been in distraught and depression.
(Y/N), however, now in a world filled to the brim with corruption and greed on the edge of revolution. Two years go by, and (Y/N) meets a certain group of assassins and joins the fight against all matters of corruption and against an Empire ready to be toppled over.
Join (Y/N) as he experiences the grim effects of assassination and death around every single corner of every minute. How will the Empire deal with (Y/N)'s Semblance and shifting weaponry? Will (Y/N) be able to utilize an Imperial Arms? How about the constant hearts that (Y/N) will steal in the upcoming events? How will the Rose/Xiao Long/Branwen family react when (Y/N) returns stronger and more powerful than anticipated?

Y/N Rose was the son of Qrow Branwen and Summer Rose, and the oldest child of the Rose family. Due to Qrows' semblance and a messy end to they're relationship, He was mostly absent but he did try to be there for the children when he could. But everything soon went down hill when Summer disappeared. The children where heartbroken but Tai, saddened and enraged at Summers disappearance began to take his frustrations out on the children. Y/N would try to make the most of it, and protect Yang and Ruby from Tais' wrath, often times taking a beating and going without food for days. As time went on Tai got increasingly worse, and Y/N became the sole target of abuse. Yang and Ruby would try to help as best they could but it wasn't enough, Y/N could bare it no more. Y/N attempted to contact Qrow and reveal the conditions and fear they lived in, But Tai got him first. Beaten bloodied, Y/N would take a moment to recover and escape with his sisters.... When Team RNNJRR, Dairoku, Qrow and Athena arrived in Mistral, they made their way to Haven Academy where they're greeted by Professor Leonardo Lionheart. After a while, they run into a normal farm boy named Oscar Pine but it turns out he's not as normal as they think. He apparently has two souls. Weiss and Kuraime finally escape from Atlas and are on their way to Mistral but not everything goes to plan as their ship crashes into the territory of Bandits, more specifically, The Branwen Tribe. Blake, Tyros, Sun and the parents of the Belladonnas plan to take The White Fang back and save Haven Academy from the same fate as Beacon with the help of the Faunus from Menagerie. [Part 1] A New Assassin (An Assassin's Creed x RWBY AU story)
[PART 1 IS COMPLETE! PART 2 HAS BEEN CANCELLED!] As a child, y/n always heard voices. And rarely, he swears he saw someone. He was abused by his father and siblings. Sometimes his uncles and cousins did as well but for unknown reasons. He never got help from his mother or aunts as they went missing years ago. He never understood why he was mistreated. When he went to Beacon, he thought that it was all over. But as he had terrible luck as usual, he was wrong. He was bullied by most of the students including team CRDL since he was the weakest student in the whole school. His siblings were there was well, making his situation even worse. He thought out help from the teachers, but they wouldn't help at all, they would usually either telling him to get stronger or go home. One day, Ozpin sent him off on a mission to collect something that he wasn't told of. When he does, it was all a trap by an unknown group. As he's kidnapped, he finds something very old and he becomes someone else completely; an Assassin. He'll soon understand the world more and the words that he always heard but never understood will finally make sense: "Where other men blindly follow the truth, Remember, nothing is true. Where other men are limited by morality or law, Remember, everything is permitted. We work in the dark to serve the light. We are assassins." Key factors about this story: 1. Each sequence is the main story. 2. Lost sequences are stuff that either happened before or things that I forgot to add at some point, so they're cannon and probably are important to the story. (Volumes 4-6) Read Vale Saga first to understand Story Lots has changed since Beacon Academy. Weiss was brought back to Atlas, Blake ran away, Yang and (Y/N) are home healing and coping with what happened at Beacon, and Ruby went off to go find Haven Academy alongside Team JNR. (Y/N) and Ruby are also deeply missing the other. And (Y/N)'s mental state is not the same as it was back at Beacon. This will cover the Mistral Saga of RWBY(Vol. 4-6).
