An Original slow burn series, tapping into Orion and Elara's mysterious lives. From the beginning of time, ice was something that had been avoided. The wet, stormy, and cold atmosphere was beautiful nonetheless - but it had a chill that rattled the bones. Those who had their feet in the dirt and hands in the sand couldn't possibly want anything to do with something so foreign. But when those icy hues met her warm ones, he thought that maybe the colliding of worlds didn't have to be so complicated. Though, he knew how much frostbite crawled up her skin whenever he was around. He understood her pain, as he was the one who's forever trapped in the very pits of Antarctica. If only she knew how much she made him melt, if only he had just a couple more days to prove it to her. But if he had just that much time, who's to say the sand won't freeze over? Because although it wasn't his intentions, and she gave with every crevice of her being to thaw the shivers that entrapped her ankles - just for a few moments alone with him; they both knew it was inevitable, they would defy all laws that supposedly kept the earth spinning on its axis. So they both took in one last deep breath, whilst both the moon and the sun backed away, the air chilling his lungs yet opening every pore in her body - and they embraced the chaos of goodbye. -Disclaimer- I own all characters in the plot, do not copy without permission.
