To the S.C.P. Foundation and other organizations similar to them, the Unusual Incidents Unit is a group that shouldn't be taken any seriously, however unannounced to the organizations that specialize in dealing with the abnormal, the U.I.U. is an organization that is just as capable of dealing with the abnormal and unusual entities and objects, making them just as or more capable than a certain Foundation.
