Sci-fi anime fans may recognize the names Cyberia and JJ from Serial Experiments Lain. This was deliberate, though I would not call this story a fanfiction. Atsumu, a pro volleyball player, gets invited out for drinks by Hinata and Bokuto. While at the bar, the barista catches Atsumu's eye, he decides to go over and sit in front of him at the counter, leaving the others. Sakusa Kiyoomi, a bartender and volleyball player going pro. At work one night, a customer catches his eye and starts flirting with him. Not wanting to let go of the chance with this person, he flirts back. That night, they ended up in Kiyoomi's apartment.
