I shake my head, getting all my memories back at once, a sensory overload. It was many worlds with the same people. Always fighting and finally, the destruction ended it all.
"Yes," I said, finally recognizing Druig's face. "Yes, and I know how to stop it all."

This story is about me, a normal teenage girl, with a normal life. Or so it seems on the outside. But on the inside, it's always chaos. Thoughts always whirling around my head, but they're not mine. It's the thoughts and fears of everyone around me, and I can't seem to fully drown them out.
One day though, my life changed. I know why I can read minds and do many other nifty tricks, and what my purpose is. I am an Eternal and I was sent to Earth, like all the other planets, to raise a Celestial. But who always follows the plans? Not me!

The curtain around the hospital bed slides open to reveal an African American man with warm eyes. He walks in with an easy smile and a white man steps in just behind him with dark blue eyes and near black brown waves that fall to his shoulders. The man behind him catches my eye, his eyes a bright blue with a crown of golden hair. Our eyes meet and his crystal blue ones widen. Déjà vu hits me like a truck and my mind bounces back to a fuzzy night a couple of months ago full of hard liquor. While I can't remember many things from that night, I do remember those blue eyes vividly. My lips pop open and a blush tints my cheeks as well as his. While Nyx is one of the strongest creatures to ever walk the Earth, she is a very likable person, if you don't know about her past. The Eternals were sent to protect the Earth from creatures called Deviants. They were sent to help the world evolve. And not just the Earth. After surviving the plague, wars, and tyranny, the Eternals go their separate ways. Some of them have not seen each other for hundreds of years, but now, they need to get over the past and save the world.
