"It began over a hundred years ago, at the battle of Kaer Morhen. As humans and monsters team up to destroy the Witchers of the Wolf School, Vesemir calls upon his oldest friend for aid. With a cry so loud and powerful it shook the very air, a Black dragon descended from the sky. Enraged at the wrong done to his friend and the natural balance, Arcturius Dragonstorm rained hellfire upon those who would wish his brother harm. After the battle, Vesemir asked what Arcturius would ask of him as payment for his help. Arcturius asked only that Vesemir would save one of the few remaining viles of Witcher serum to use on his first born daughter and to train her upon her 25th Summer. With the promise made, a Child Surprise was agreed upon as payment to Vesemir as payment to the favor the Dragon King owed his long time friend."
