We knew something wasn't right from the moment we awoke. It was like something was missing - a part of our very souls - and we couldn't sense the deficiency, no matter how hard we tried. A hundred million eyes adjusted to the dark all at once, all surprised to be awakened so soon. We ran through our checklists of limbs and senses, drawing ourselves out of our dreams piece by piece. Some went back to sleep, unaware, unbothered, too tired to notice the difference. Some lay in bed, too anxious to stand until the light of dawn crept through their windows at last, and they were sure the monsters in their closets had gone back to sleep. Some leapt from their slumbers, more keenly aware than others that the missing pieces were important. But we didn't know. We couldn't have. Not until we found ourselves standing in the light and discovered: We no longer had shadows.

2:45 A.M in the basement is based on five good friends, Adam, Finn, Fiona, Axel and Naveah. They never let anyone come in their way and tells us the true meaning of friendship. However, one day Finn was in school scared and shivering knowing he heard something, or maybe even seen? Finn heard some weird noises in his basement at a certain time; which is 2:45 in the morning. Finn decides to tell his friends just to get rid of his anxiety, but no one seems to believe him; everyone thought he was joking because; he is a very good prankster. Finn got furious and stormed off. Next day, he was vanished. As in gone. No one knew when or even where he has gone to. Everyone searched but they couldn't still find him. He was no where to be found. Then, they meet someone unexpected. Where could've Finn went? Could it be he's stuck in the basement or will there be a little twist? Who's voice could it be? Who is the unexpected guest? Find out in this suspenseful story- 2:45 A.M in the basement. *note: Adam is narrating this story; some P.O.V's but it'll be said :) *another note: SOME explicit languages, but if you're still sensitive to these words.
