Red velvet cookie is still trapped in the burden of guilt he has buried himself in, and continues to blame himself entirely for what has happened.
But in a fortune turn of events, he realizes he might have a crush on who he hurt. Licorice cookie. But he just can't accept it so. The commander catches a weird, agonizing sickness, the hanahaki disease.
But will licorice return his love and free red velvet from the misery?
