In 2006 Aleksandra Moretti nee Kowalczyk got sick of her husband. It was an arranged marriage between two Mafia families. She had already given him three heirs but he wanted more. She couldn't stand children in the first place but her father would have been extremely upset had she not given Alessandro at least two heirs, and besides he was good in bed. After years of wanting to leave she decided it was finally time and left moving to a small town in America.
After getting there she realized she was pregnant.
She didn't know what to do so she decided to keep it as leverage against Alessandro in the future, Incase he came looking for her.
