Have you ever lost? Have you ever lost so much you felt you could lose no more? Have you ever lost so much you wanted to scream at the heavens and ask God why? Despair and hope are all intertwined in this story set in a place rattled by violence and a never-ending fight for survival. The grim reaper is a normal visitor and death knows no limits here. In the end I hope you get to see with more than your eyes what life can be and learn to appreciate that which you have. The story is based on true events and it carries the truths of my community.
