A Nanite Quirk

In a world filled with superpowers known as quirks. 5 years ago scientists had been experimenting with nanotechnology. During what was named The Nanite Project. An explosion was caused. The explosion spread the results of the scientists' experimentation, nanites, into the atmosphere where they eventually descended and bonded to the molecular structure of every living organism on the planet. Under normal circumstances the nanites are completely harmless until they activate, turning their host into an often monstrous creature called an EVO In response to the threat posed by EVOs, Providence was founded. And from Providence came Rex Salazar. The last hope for humanity. And a soon to be full fledged hero
