Ladybug finds Cat Noir's miraculous on the roof along with a letter tied in red string. 
Furious that her partner abandoned her, Ladybug struggles as she tries to fulfil her duties as heroine without Cat Noir by her side. Her only comfort is found in Adrien as he takes on a new role as Catwalker, but even he can't seem to fill the hole in her heart, and she can't shake the feeling that something is amiss. 

Will Ladybug find a way to repair the relationship with her former partner, and will she figure out why Catwalker is acting strangely? Find out in this miraculous story that I stayed up writing until 6 am to finish. ;) 

*This story was inspired by a fan theory based off of Kuro Neko (origin unknown otherwise would be listed). I began writing it before the trailers were released,  and since after I saw them I realized it was going in a very different direction from the actual episode,  I decided to go all out an make it my own. Hope you enjoy!

Feeling desperate, he moves up his time table in evaluating Marinette to take on his role as Guardian. This requires her to go through the "Guardian's Trial" which involves her choosing all her own heroes, including a new Chat Noir. (Chat Noir is fine).
