Tweek Tweak and his parents just moved into South Park. They needed a fresh start, for Tweek's sake. But change is hard, you get the same type of people anywhere you go- honestly, Tweek didn't see the point.
Regardless, he has to at least try to move on, even with his demons catching up to him...
