Just about everyone knows the classic German folktale (told in their different and respective languages) Rapunzel. Disney has even made a movie on Rapunzel called Tangled. Well, I'm going to put a gory spin on it, along with the baddies being good and vice versa.
Warning: This story will not be for the weak-hearted. If you cannot stomach blood or wound descriptions, don't read this.

What would have happened if Rapunzel had not left the tower following the events of the beloved Disney movie? How would mother and daughter have faced the inevitable and growing threat of the mysterious black rocks? A revisiting of the adventures of the golden-haired princess and the mysteries of her life. An original story but : characters and places do not belong to me, I have simply told the story of Rapunzel (Disney) in a more terrifying and distressing version of the original. When Will My Life Begin
This is a very old tale of The Brother's Grimm, almost 200 years old, or possibly more. This tale is about a young girl who was born with very, very long hair, who was kidnapped at birth by a wicked, old hag. There are many versions of this tale, such as the King stealing lettuce from the hag's garden, and as a punishment the hag took his newborn daughter. Some involve the hag stealing the baby because of it's beauty and youth. Though many versions of this tale has been told over the years, the plot remains the same. It was about a young girl with long hair who was kidnapped at a young age by an old hag, and then confined in a tower with only one window. This version of the tale involves the hag's past. This is the tale of love, loss, and grief. And of course, a little bit of magic.Complete
