21 Year old Payton Phillips is a intern at Seattle Grace Hospital, along with her best friend Avry Adams.
 Payton doesn't fit in with the other interns for the simple fact that she is like the teacher's pet. She knew most of the residents and attendings before even starting her intern year, plus her photographic memory helps alot.
