Dreams of High Energy is a fantasy science-fiction story set in a world of magic, science and alchemy.

About 3000 years after the last water civilization fell to what is now called "Minus Energy", High Cities appeared seemingly out of nowhere above the ruins of these old civilizations. High Cities allowed the possibility for Undeveloped Cities to grow into Developed Cities. Now for centuries Developed cities have grown prosperous alongside High Cities and Undeveloped Cities.

Arc 1 focuses on the story and adventures of Cyril Harkness, who left his home as a boy. After 5 years of living and working in a Developed City, he begins experiencing strange events and begins having peculiar dreams.
