However, McGonagall requests that they stay in the Slytherin dorms due to a bullying incident. Oh my god they have to share a dorm with Draco, who coulda guessed it. The saviour of the wizarding world is beaten mercilessly by his Uncle and Cousin. His aunt starves him and verbally abuses him. Eventually he couldn't take it and started cutting, taking drugs, getting mindlessly drunk and street fighting illegally with his muggle friends.
