Copy Cat, otherwise known as 7999, can copy any feminine personnel exactly with just a touch. Any male personages she tries to copy get transmogrified into a more feminine figure. 
Despite being rather easy to contain, nearly all males fall for her act. 
7999 has been known to be a trickster, and has attempted escape many times. Now she waits, for the 'perfect moment to strike.'
