A New History

Note: This book is being written for a friend of mine. The character, Akio, and other side characters mentioned do not belong to me. They belong to my friend. I just decided to write take my friend's story and shape it into a story format, and this is the result. It is ongoing as well, so still work in progress. But since I am happy with the turnout, I decided to upload it for others to also enjoy as much as I am enjoying writing it.
Also note the book cover is only temporary until I complete the book cover itself.

Era: Post WWII, 1960
This is an alternate ending to WWII

The ravenous nature of the Second World War left the entirety of the world in ruins. The Third Reich knew he was failing, but so were the Allies. Over the decades of eventless standstills and millions of losses of life, the world finally became fed up with the constant battle and defeats. The Axis and Allies finally settled for an end to the war as long as they could fairly divide the nations into whomevers hands. Amongst these nations was the Soviet Union, still struggling with the PTSD Barbarossa Had left on him, and the heavy weight of tending to his children amongst his work. Yet, he could never find peace, even if the war had come to an agreement. He still felt plagued by Reich's very existence and the capitalist America still being a thorn in his side. Fed up with the barraging of each of his biggest enemies, Soviet decides to bring on the tensions and show the world. He isn't going to tolerate the end result of WWII and the irritations his two rivals put upon him. So in retaliation, the USSR invaded one of Reich's occupied lands, claiming them as his own and doing as he wished: to irritate his enemies and prove his emotions to the world. Of course though, every action has a consequence, and when Soviet learns the true nightmares this nation has been through, and just how much his little invasion affected Reich Soviet may find himself sucked into another war he may never recover from.
