Plot- Mutant like creatures known as "Urons" have awoken from the DNA of humans after a scientist "Henry Monel" releases a young half breed by the name "Scarlet" into the world. She accidentally activates the gene in humans which turns them into Urons! Now she has to explore the world while also running from the secret government service "Tornado Corps".
