Lilly White has had a rough life. She's been bullied for the past 3 years of her life because of her sexuality. Being lesbian was a hard thing for her accept let alone the other people for her life, but that was who she was and she couldn't change it. Her best friend Caleb Montgomery is in the same boat. Caleb is gay and he too has been bullied. His dad is the only other person in his life, other than Lilly, that knows that Caleb is gay. His mom isn't really part of his life after he told her that he was gay. Many of the things in Caleb's life are falling apart. Both of these kids have a lot to overcome with the end of high school right in the horizon.
