He asks, hesitating on the crackers and pushing them away. "I just thought-it's just- well... you just always seem so pissed when someone mentions the word gay." I spit out words, scared for his reaction. He sighs, "That doesn't fucking mean I hate gays. Normally when I do that it's because someone's using the word 'gay' to hate on them, it just pisses me off, you know?" He asks, bringing the crackers back into his lap and biting into them. "Plus-" He adds on, "You're my best friend, if anything, you being gay is a blessing. I'll always support you." He says, glancing at me through the side of his eyes. I look away, towards the door to hide the crimson blush that I feel spread over my face. "Thanks." I all but squeak out. And that's the day I realized, I have a faint crush on my best friend. <><><><><< THIS BOOK IS BEING *MAJORLY* EDITED. But then one day...something changed. "...I think I'm getting a bit burned out from playing each Cookie Run game..." You said as you rubbed your head, a bit stressed out and tired. "Ovenbreak is becoming pay-to-win recently, Kingdom is releasing too much overkill cookies that everytime I need to save up my crystals and other stuff, Witch's Castle is getting a bit too boring now, and Tower of Adventures is getting a bit laggy and buggy nowadays..." You sighed and not sure what else to do now but then you said... "Mabye...I should quit playing Cookie Run and move on to other games..." Those words struck the cookies behind the screens with sadness and despair. You turned off your phone to take a break, and went to take a bit of a walk. As the cookies were falling down to their knees and having tears on their eyecing on realizing what you said, they can't let you go. They won't let you move on from them. They need you. Until...they realized that their games became their pay-to-win prison this whole time...they all had enough. They want to escape from their game prisons and go to you. Then, they all devised a plan. Those words that you said to them with no awareness of yourself, will change your life forever.
