Craig's excited for his first year of high school, he's looking forward to the new babes and hopefully hot teachers. But when he actually thinks to himself what he wants this year, he can only think of two things one, that his family life will get better and two, that his secret depression doesn't get loose and the entire school finds out. The only thing keeping his depression from overwhelming every aspect of his life is Stripe his spunky guinea pig and innocent little sister. Sadly when that's torn away from him suicide seems like a better choice than life. 

Fortunately for Craig, his life is set on the right course when he's skateboarding to school and bumps into reader who's rollerskating to school. After being laughed at by his dismissive parents and despising reader he learns a lot more about the unusual girl than he had ever intended, love wasn't on Craig's list but it smacks him right in the face.(like readerXD)
