Shortly after her marriage to Thorin, he began to change, as if under a spell. After the events of one harsh night, she finds herself pregnant and thrown from the castle.

Will she discover the truth behind the prince's actions? Will he ever grow to know his children? Will she ever forgive him, or are they destined to spend their lives apart?

In a world where Elves and Vikings are bound in eternal conflict, two powerful kingdoms stand on the brink of war. But for Elowen, an orphan raised in the shadows of Elvendor's shining towers, the stakes are personal. Abandoned as a baby, she's learned to survive in a city that values power above all else, a city where she's nothing more than an invisible pawn in a game of magic and politics. On her eighteenth birthday, the Luminara ritual will determine her place in this world, either among the elite or cast back into the darkness. But Elowen is no ordinary elf. As the ritual unfolds, an ancient power stirs within her, a force older than the kingdom itself, pulling her into a dangerous web of secrets and lies. Caught between two worlds-one ruled by the privileged elves, the other by the fierce Vikings-Elowen finds herself torn between duty, love, and the dangerous unknown. Eirik, the Viking chieftain's son, should be her enemy. Yet his storm-gray eyes see through the label of "threat" that's been placed on her. But loving him would be treason. Denying him? A betrayal of her own heart. As tensions rise between the two kingdoms, a dark power awakens, threatening to consume them all. Elowen must navigate treacherous alliances, face an ancient enemy, and decide where her loyalties truly lie. But one thing is certain-she was born to shatter the boundaries of both worlds. In the end, no one, not the elves, not the Vikings, will be prepared for the storm she's about to unleash. ********* A new chapter is published every two days, so stay tuned for fresh twists and thrilling moments as Elowen's journey unfolds! Shadow of the Prince by CSMeyerA

"A fantastical cross between the Beauty and the Beast and ACOTAR." A prince, a witch, and a wolf are tied together by the sins of their parents. Can they break free of the secrets that bind them, or will the Kingdom of Eidas forever be under a terrible curse? Dalia Leary, the eighteen-year-old daughter of an outcast Seer and a downtrodden merchant, lives in a city steeped in lore and magic, where the gods rule the seasons and the noble half-bloods rule the people. The kingdom of Eidas is down on its luck, facing mass starvation and economic failure from prolonged droughts. Dal's mother seems certain that there is a strange, simple solution to both their problems and those of Eidas'. Dal just has to marry the Prince of Eidas, Prince Tullvomm. Easy, right? Of course not. The Prince is nearly ten years her senior, and engaged to be married to the beautiful Princess of the East. She is nothing more besides a common girl from Bridgewater Avenue. Besides the obvious issues of his princess fiancée and her very un-noble birth, there's one other small little problem - Prince Tullvomm is never seen without his pitch-black wolf at his side - his beastly protector. The more Dal tries to get close to the Prince, the more the ghastly wolf seems to always get in the way. Dal realizes that to get access to the Prince she must either befriend the beast or slay him, and though part dog he may be, the beast doesn't seem the type to lie down and roll over. In fact, the more time Dal spends around the creature the less sure she is that he is a dog at all.

Rose Thornabell is the last witch in the Thornabell line. Her family was slaughtered by the king in front of her. She was taken from her home and imprisoned by the king for his own selfish needs. She thought this was going to be her life until she died. That was until a cursed prince appeared before her. Thaddeus Sliver was cursed when he was a child. Being the eldest, all he dreamed was to claim the throne when he was 25. With his 25th birthday around the corner, his dream seems to be out of reach. His younger brother, James, is in line for the crown. The king decided that having a cursed monster as king would bring shame to his name. He thought all hope was lost until he stumbled before Rose in the woods of the castle grounds. They come to an agreement to help each other. Break Thaddeus' curse and as king he'll release Rose from her imprisonment. But what happens when Thaddeus begins to have other motives to becoming king? What will happen when Rose begins to realize that maybe not all royals are monsters? "I don't just spout nonsense, Rose. I'm not a man that plays around. So, believe me when I tell you that I want you, I mean it." "You are my beauty I look to, to see the world. You're something I look upon to find peace in the war raging in my mind. You told me people see you and say monster, but when I see you, I think, home." None of the art I share is mine! I take no credit for the art. There will be mature themes in this story so please read at your own risk. I hope you stick around to find out what happens and thank you for reading my story!

~ COMPLETE AND NOW AVAILABLE ON AMAZON ~ In the Five Kingdoms of Saol Eile, magic is the only currency and those who have the most cast long shadows across the land. Amidst lavish parties, sumptuous banquets, and sprawling castles, despicable tyrants have risen, calling themselves kings by right; emperors, by the laws of old magic, and monarchs, by the wealth they've procured. When it's rumored that an army of flesh-eating monsters has risen from the shadows, tyrant-kings are forced to submit to a far more dangerous power - the sorcerer standing at the head of it all: The Cursed One. Orphaned and penniless, eighteen-year-old Cecily Trask's magic has always been reluctant to emerge. But with the kingdoms at the brink of war, she vows to do whatever it takes to keep her people safe-even if it means breaking all the rules, reaching into the depths of her soul to unravel the bindings around her true power, and allying with the potentially dangerous prince, Daire Niadh, to do it. In a landscape thick with mistrust, desire, and incipient hope, Cecily and Daire cross paths in an unfamiliar world forever changed by violent forces neither of them understand. They should hate each other. They should want each other dead. But their grief both draws them together and breaks them down, until all they have left is their shared goal - to defeat The Cursed One, even though for Cecily, the journey means almost certain death. ❧ Copyright © Marcella Colavecchio, 2014 - 2020.
