Walking onto the grounds for the first time was equivalent to walking into a fairy tale, though I know it's nothing of the sort. It's not a fairytale, with princes who sweep you off your feet, and you have beautiful castles as homes, no, this is a nightmare. A nightmare with oblivious fathers and materialistic asshole step-mothers who send their "obsessive" and "in need of a break" step-daughters to boarding schools.

But it's no normal run of the mill boarding school no, it's tall, dark, and expensive. Oh and did I forget to mention on the other side of the country? Thousands, maybe millions of miles away from the small amount of family I care about, all so my fathers wife can take all he's worth without obstacles in her path.

Yeah, well, there's not much I can do about it now since I'm already walking through the front doors. Doesn't mean I'm not pissed about it though.
