This isn't even close to how he'd thought things would turn out. He had no idea how long it would last, or even if all of this was real. Fate, that's the word he'll use though he doesn't believe it for a second. Fate could never be so kind when no one else has and kindness is not a word that he uses sparingly. It's not something to be said lightly but it sure as hell isn't going to be something that he takes for granted.
