Hey so I've been meaning to write about this for a while. Two of my biggest comfort character ahahhahaha.
Anyways I love Pepe a lot so I wrote this for my WriC theme, I hope you guys enjoy.
A couple notes: The ship can be read as a friendship or romantic, whatever you want. This also takes place with the general premise that toons are absolutely aware they are toons, like Space Jam or Back in Action style!
