According to the government's new law, Luke Ward's sexuality, or lack of hereof, is now officially classed a mental illness, and illegal.
Incarcerated in his local newly-created Sexual Deviancy Clinic, along with all those who are deemed by society to be attracted to the wrong people, he is subjected to ever less humane, and ever more disturbing forms of treatment in an attempt to cure him of his asexuality.

This is a chapter that does not form part of the main story, but follows one of the side characters, Alex Wang, as he faces the spreading of hate against homosexual people and the implementation of the law detaining them in clinics across the country.
