Song Hwa (Song Ji Hyo). She is a 20-year old girl who studies at the Faculty of Science Teaching. She is known as a cold-hearted and tough girl, but actually she has been secretly in love with actor Lee Ahn for 4 years, who was her friend in high school. She managed to love him even though she knew that her love was only a one-sided love story. She then meets Kim Joon (Kim Jong Kook), her lecturer, who is 10 years older than her. He's a good looking man, a man with a good manner and really muscular. He's the youngest lecturer at the university. He is so popular among female students that Song Hwa actually adores him too, though she never admits that because she has a special remorse toward a popular man. She was afraid of the possibility of falling in love with him as the other girl did, so she put a distance between them, but her very demeanor caught his attention. Joon tries to not overthink about Song Hwa's behavior toward him, but he can't help but wonder. Why can't the two of them have a good relationship as lecturer and student? Being caught thinking about the girl makes him fall in love with her. But soon he discovers that Song Hwa's heart has never belonged to him.
