My hands fisted as I stared down at the desk. Everyone was staring at me. Everyone was laughing at me. Everyone was whispering about me. Everyone was spreading lies about me. One glance up showed me the smirking culprit who was behind all of this. Ryan Sitkowski. He sat there, smug with his classic smirk and crossed arms. He stared at the front board where the teacher was teaching Chemistry while I sat in the back, battling my tears. He thought it was okay to do this to me. I suppose it was okay. After all, it was my own fault for being a naive freshman who thought that the senior boy wouldn't hurt her. I should've listened to the warnings. My few friends did warn me. Hell, even my brother warned me although he didn't know about what had happened and what was currently going on. Still, with everything, I couldn't help but feel bittersweet towards the boy in all black. XXXXXXXX This is the first story I have completely finished and this is my baby. It may not be my most famous story but I love this story to death. This is my child. Love her. 02/26/21: I wrote this story over three years ago. The writing style is not great at all, and a majority of the things that happen/occur in this story are unrealistic, and it is very clear that I did not do research when writing book. One of his hands was snaked around my back while the other dragged up my spine into my hair. With one hard tug, my head fell backward and the shower water covered my face. Gasping for air I felt his mouth make its way around the base of my neck. The hot water was already making my skin hot, but having him so close in this way, made me feel like I should have combusted a long time ago. He jerked me back up to be facing him. He kissed my mouth then drags his eyes down to my neck. "A pretty necklace, for the gorgeous Princess." *** "Tell me River what each kiss means again." He presses one to my cheek. "We're friends." I smile. "Here." He presses a kiss on my hand. "You adore me." I laugh. Then he pressed a kiss to my lips. It was quick barely touching long enough for my nerves to recognize it. "A kiss to the lips," I spoke blankly. My lips still parted in the manner he left me. I'm afraid to move in fear that my brain will forget the feeling. "And tell me again what that means River?" "I love you." A chaste whisper. So quiet, almost as if it didn't need to be said at all to be understood. "And that I do Miss Knight. In all your intensity." *** Two people come to figure out a double homicide. One is mental who is richer than anyone and the other is a detective from New York just trying to get their name on a big case. "Tell me Brian, do you believe in ghosts?" Hauntings were never Zacky's kind of thing; ending up with the entire group being haunted by a ghost for that matter, certainly wasn't his idea of a good weekend. After visiting a supposed haunted house on the outskirts of town, a rather distasteful ghost has tagged along with someone. To make matters worse, the ghost is actually that one of a long-dead serial killer from the 1900s and is able to break windows and push people down staircases when they're not paying attention. Finding out that ghosts have the same qualities in life and death certainly doesn't help to improve Zacky's thoughts on the matter either. Will they be able to get rid of the ghost before it gets someone killed? How do you kill something that's already dead before it kills you?Complete
